Feelings and valentine hugs

 

We started our new theme about feelings. We have enjoyed everyday making new faces for feelings. 

The first activity on the Funshine express curriculum was to make smiley face headbands. 

I told the kids to make their smile super big. 

 

To prepare for Valentine's Day, we made Valentine day hugs to send to somebody special. It was good fine motor practice to fold the paper like a fan. It took a few tries, but they got it. 

We have a lot of hearts and the letter p to learn.
