Creative arts had been a lot of fun with all the ideas Funshine express has.
One of the activities was to practice cutting and cut out a shoe shape and then fasten it up with shoe laces. This helped develope fine motor skills with lacing and cutting and persistence.
Each month Funshine express includes a character critter. The past two weeks Pier the persistence peacock has been helping us with learning what persistence is.
Monday was Johnny Appleseed day! He is a lot of fun to introduce. Just put a bunch of seeds in a pan and put it on your head! They loved it.
We made a cute Apple surprise activity.
First, do you notice the elephant eating the Apple ? Cuteness! We sorted apples by size and color.
We have a few more things to wrap up before we start our new theme on Monday!
